时相性室内差异性传导的发生基础是两侧束支的不应期不一致。一般情况下,右束支较左束支的不应期稍长,大约有85%的室内差异性传导的 QRS波群呈右束支传导阻滞图形,少数呈左束支阻滞,或左、右束支阻滞交替出现,而右束支和左前分支阻滞合并存在者罕见。本文通过分析3例心电图改变,试图说明时相性室内差异性传导的几种途径。
Intraphase differential sex conduction is based on the occurrence of inconsistent refractory period on both sides of the bundle branch.
