目的比较不同种质金银花中绿原酸的含量。方法采用HPLC法,Diamonsil-C18色谱柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);甲醇-3%甲酸水溶液(21∶79)为流动相梯度洗脱;流速1.0 ml/min;柱温30℃;检测波长327 nm。结果 10个种质金银花样品中绿原酸的含量在1.94%~4.00%之间,其中亚特良种金银花、亚特立本金银花、山东平邑金银花及“九丰一号”金银花绿原酸含量较高。结论金银花种质之间绿原酸含量差异明显,检测的10个金银花种质样品绿原酸均符合药典规定。
Objective To compare the content of chlorogenic acid in different germplasm honeysuckle. Methods The HPLC method was used on a Diamonsil-C18 column (150 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm); methanol-3% aqueous formic acid (21∶79) was used as the mobile phase gradient; the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min; the column temperature was 30°C; Wavelength 327 nm. Results The contents of chlorogenic acid in the 10 germplasm honeysuckle samples ranged from 1.94% to 4.00%. Among them, Astraline species honeysuckle, Yateli honeysuckle, Shandong Pingyi honeysuckle, and Jiufeng No. 1 honeysuckle green source Higher acid content. Conclusion The chlorogenic acid content of the honeysuckle germplasm was significantly different. The chlorogenic acid of the 10 tested honeysuckle germplasm samples met the Pharmacopoeia requirements.
