目的观察针灸推拿加刺络拔罐结合治疗疾病的疗效。方法采用针灸推拿加刺络拔罐组治疗腰椎间盘突出症38例(针灸推拿加刺络拔罐组)，分别同针灸推拿治疗该病38例(针灸推拿组)相对照。结果针灸推拿组和针灸推拿加刺络拔罐组：总有效率分别为86.8%、94.7%；治疗后第8个月的复发率分别为9.4%、8.1%；治疗后第18个月的复发率分别为20.6%、11.1%；针灸推拿加刺络拔罐组痊愈显效率与针灸组推拿相比差异有显著差异(0.05)。结论针灸推拿加刺络拔罐结合治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效优于针灸推拿组。“,”Objective To investigate the curative ef ects of Acupuncture and massage on Lumbar disc herniation. Methods 76 patients were randomly divided for treatment into an acupuncture+massage+pricking and cupping group and a acupuncture+massage group.Results The total ef ective rate was 86.8%,94.7%respectively during a acupuncture+massage group and an acupuncture+massage+pricking and cupping group;The recur ence rates during 8 months after treatment were 9.4%,8.1%respectively;The recur ence rates during 18 months after treatment were 20.6%,11.1%respectively;There were significant dif erences in cure and marked ef ectiveness rate between the acupuncture+massage+pricking and cupping group and the acupuncture+massage group ( 0.05).Conclusion The therapical ef ects in the acupuncture+massage+pricking and cupping group are superior to those in the acupuncture+massage group.
