每一个国家都应参加国际劳动分工,以保证节省活劳动和物化劳动,提高生产率,不断满足国民经济和居民的需求。为实现上述目标,我认为俄罗斯对外经济活动应遵循如下原则。 深化俄罗斯经济的国际专业化程度。签定和执行合理的外经合同是提高国民经济效益的途径之一。为此,在出口商品中应该突出高收入产品——深加工产品,科技含量高产品和服务项目以及各种机械设备的零部件。只有这样,才能以制成品交换制成品,而改变那种以燃料和原料换取外国加工业产品的传统作法。 Every country should participate in the international division of labor to ensure that it saves living labor and materialized labor, increases productivity, and continuously meets the needs of the national economy and residents. In order to achieve the above goals, I believe that Russia’s foreign economic activities should follow the following principles. Deepen the degree of international specialization of the Russian economy. Signing and implementing a reasonable foreign contract is one of the ways to improve the economic efficiency of the nation. For this reason, high-income products—deep processing products, high-tech content products and service items, and various mechanical equipment components—should be highlighted in export commodities. Only in this way can finished goods be exchanged for finished products, and the traditional way of buying fuel and raw materials for foreign processing products can be changed.
