每年的夏末秋初,天气炎热,疾病多发。此时正值飞行学员由理论学习转入地面训练、座舱实习阶段。外场气温常达30℃以上,座舱温度可高达40℃,学员体力消耗大、失水多,且缺乏自我保健意识,常有较多的疾病发生。我们总结卫生保障工作经验,认为这一阶段应该注意的事项为:①由于学员大量出汗,造成严重的干渴,见到送来的瓜果、饮料,不顾生冷,暴食暴饮,且与热饭同时下肚,容易导致急性胃肠
