研究了热处理温度(820、900、980和1030℃)对TA15钛合金微观组织及摩擦磨损性能的影响。利用光学显微镜观察合金在不同温度下的微观组织,显微维氏硬度计测定合金的表面硬度,并采用HT-500型摩擦磨损试验机检测合金的摩擦磨损性能,利用SEM、EDS、XRD分析磨痕的微观组织、化学成分及相组成。结果表明,随着温度的升高,等轴初生α相不断减少,亚稳定β相不断分解,形成针片状(α+β)相;显微硬度由300 HV0.1提高到550 HV0.1;室温摩擦系数由0.42降低为0.2,比磨损率也大大降低。
The effects of heat treatment temperature (820, 900, 980 and 1030 ℃) on microstructure and tribological properties of TA15 titanium alloy were investigated. The microstructure of the alloy was observed under an optical microscope at different temperatures. The surface hardness of the alloy was measured with a micro-Vickers hardness tester. The tribological properties of the alloy were measured by using a HT-500 friction and wear tester. SEM, EDS and XRD Trace microstructure, chemical composition and phase composition. The results show that with the increase of temperature, the equiaxed primary α phase decreases continuously and the metastable β phase decomposes continuously to form the needle-like (α + β) phase. The microhardness increases from 300 HV0.1 to 550 HV0.1 ; Room temperature coefficient of friction decreased from 0.42 to 0.2, the specific wear rate is also greatly reduced.
