从理论上对ZG50MnSi的可悍性进行了分析,选定了预热温度,焊接材料及保护气体,应用四种不同的焊接方法,对ZG50MnSi的焊接接头进行了系统的研究,得出了正火状态下,选用HS-70C.焊丝富氩气体保护,预热加后热的焊接工艺方案,保证了ZG50MnSi焊接接头的质量。在生产中广泛应用,收到了良好的效果。
The feasibility of ZG50MnSi was analyzed theoretically. Preheating temperature, welding material and shielding gas were selected. Four kinds of welding methods were applied to study the welding joints of ZG50MnSi systematically. State, the choice of HS-70C. Argon gas wire protection, preheating plus hot welding process program to ensure the quality of ZG50MnSi welded joints. Widely used in production, has received good results.
