在小学数学教学中对学生进行评价是教学的一个重要环节。评价不是教学的终点和最终目标,而是达成教育目标的一个手段,是为了学生更好地学习,促进学生的全面发展。以评促学,这才是教学中对学生进行评价的本质追求和最终目标。教师在教学中对学生进行评价时应关注学生在学习过程中的表现,对基础知识和基本技能的理解、掌握程度,发现问题、解决问题的能力以及对自己、他人的学习进行反思的能力。教师在评价时语言应真诚,有针对性,不能盲目使用,要因人而异,注重引导学生进行自评和互评。
Evaluating students in elementary mathematics teaching is an important part of teaching. Evaluation is not the end of the teaching and the ultimate goal, but to reach an educational goal of a means for students to learn better and promote the all-round development of students. In order to evaluate learning, this is the essential pursuit and ultimate goal of the evaluation of students in teaching. When evaluating students in teaching, teachers should pay attention to the students’ performance in the learning process, their understanding of basic knowledge and basic skills, their mastery, the ability to find problems, solve problems and their ability to reflect on themselves and others. Teachers in the evaluation of language should be sincere, targeted, can not be used blindly, vary from person to person, focusing on guiding students to conduct self-assessment and mutual evaluation.
