针对目前已实现商品化的2类正渗透膜,醋酸纤维素膜(CTA)和聚酰胺复合膜(PA-TFC)在结构、性能以及适用条件等方面存在一定的差异,从渗透压差、体系温度、料液与驱动液流量以及跨膜压差等4个方面比较2种商品膜的正渗透性能。结果表明,以上4个因素对膜性能均有影响,相同操作条件下PA-TFC的水通量及能量密度均高于CTA,故PA-TFC更适用于基于正渗透的脱盐及盐差能发电过程。
There are some differences in the structure, performance and application conditions of the two types of positive osmosis membrane, cellulose acetate membrane (CTA) and polyamide composite membrane (PA-TFC) currently commercialized. Temperature, liquid and drive fluid flow and transmembrane pressure drop compared to four positive infiltration performance of two kinds of commercial membranes. The results show that the above four factors have an impact on the membrane performance under the same operating conditions PA-TFC water flux and energy density are higher than the CTA, so PA-TFC is more suitable for positive osmosis desalination and salt differential power generation process.
