本文对预应力混凝土长桩在四点起吊过程中的内力变化进行了分析,并提出了一整套内力分析公式;在内力分析的基础上,选择四个吊点位置作为设计参数,以吊运吊立过程中最大内力(弯矩)最小作为优化的目标,应用单纯形凋优法进行优化分析。计算结果表明,合理地选择吊点位置,能使最大弯矩峰值下降30%左右。最后结合工程实际绘制实用图表,且归纳出一套经验公式,供设计人员查用。
In this paper, the change of internal force of long prestressed concrete piles during four-point lifting is analyzed and a set of internal force analysis formulas are put forward. Based on the analysis of internal forces, four lifting points are selected as design parameters, In the process of establishing the minimum internal force (bending moment) as the objective of optimization, we use the simplex method to optimize the analysis. The calculation results show that the reason of choosing the hanging point position can reduce the maximum peak moment by about 30%. In the end, we draw practical graphs according to the actual project, and summed up a set of empirical formula for designers to check.
