Hyponatremia (lack of sodium) is not normal exercise occurs. This article reports two super marathon runners. A 24-year-old man drank about 20 liters of water (120 ml of make-up electrolyte and 180 ml of Coca Cola) in a 100-kilometer race. Another 45-year-old man drank approximately 24 liters (120 milliliters of water, 120 milliliters of supplement electrolyte) of the 80-kilometer race. The two were sent to the emergency department after 5 and 30 minutes respectively because of disturbance of consciousness and loss of orientation. Blood chemistry tests showed that sodium was 128,118 mmol / L, chlorine was 83,91 mmol / L, CO 2 was 22,20 mmol / L, the osmotic pressure was 250,
