目的探讨酪丝亮肽治疗肝癌用药原理与治疗方法并进行临床观察。方法 104例肝癌患者,均采用酪丝亮肽30 mg加入0.9%生理盐水100 ml,30 d为1个疗程,连续给药6个疗程。观察临床效果。结果 1104例肝癌患者中,6个月生存期限为62例,6个月生存率为59.6%,其余42例均死亡,死亡率为40.4%。结论注射酪丝亮肽无明显毒副作用,耐受性好,能有效延缓或抑制肝细胞癌的药物值得临床应用或推广。
Objective To investigate the principle and treatment of tyroserleutide for the treatment of liver cancer and to observe the clinical effect. Methods 104 patients with liver cancer were treated with Tyroserleutide 30 mg 0.9% saline 100 ml, 30 days for a course of treatment, continuous administration of 6 courses. Observe the clinical effect. Results Among the 1104 patients with hepatocellular carcinoma, the 6-month survival was 62 and the 6-month survival rate was 59.6%. The remaining 42 patients died with a mortality rate of 40.4%. Conclusion The injection of tyroserpin has no obvious toxic and side effects, good tolerability, can effectively delay or inhibit the drug of hepatocellular carcinoma deserved clinical application or promotion.
