教育就是一个逐步影响的过程。一种良好的教学模式应当是教学相长,老师与学生之间形成相互影响的关系——即教师将自己理解的知识传授给学生,而学生通过质疑等方式提出自己的困惑,教师在解惑的过程中使自己也得到提升的过程,由此可见,学生的质疑精神对教师与学生双方都存在着重大的意义。然而,在现有的教育模式之下,学生深陷于填充式的教学之中,自然而然地形成了一种惰性思维,他们不再去思考知识的正确与否,也不探索其来源是否正确,只知道一味地接受,仿佛书本与教师说的就是真理。长此以往,中国如何能出现创新性人才?面对已有的现实,我们应作出何种应对?本文将重点探究这一问题并就应对措施进行分析。
