为促进高校大学生积极参与体育锻炼,该文以体育课堂中教师和学生为研究对象,运用文献资料法、案例分析法等对教师的主导性和学生的主体地位进行案例分析。通过教学案例教师可以通过对学生体育兴趣的激发、引导,使学生从被动的接受知识变为主动的接受知识。所以高校体育应当把尊重学生的主体地位落实到实处,以学生终身受益为出发点来调动学生的主观能动性,满足学生的运动需求,培养其运动兴趣和爱好。
In order to promote college students to actively participate in physical exercise, this paper takes teachers and students in PE class as the research object, and conducts a case analysis on the dominance of teachers and the dominant position of students by means of literature and case studies. Through teaching cases, teachers can motivate and guide students’ interest in sports so that students can take the initiative to accept knowledge from passive acceptance of knowledge. Therefore, college physical education should put students ’subjective position into practice, take the students’ lifelong benefit as the starting point to mobilize the students ’subjective initiative, meet the students’ sports needs and cultivate their sports interests and hobbies.
