针对单环路脉动热管建立了可视化实验平台,着重考察单环路脉动热管在不同充液率(30%,50%,70%)下的启动、运行情况。实验过程中观察到高充液率下(50%,70%)管内工质的主要流型为塞状流,低充液率下(30%)主要流型为环状流;启动过程中管内工质左右振荡,运行中工质呈现较稳定的单向流动;50%及70%充液率下脉动热管能够顺利地启动运行;较低的充液率(30%)影响到热管的正常启动和稳定运行;文中采用运行热阻评价热管运行中的传热效果,结果表明,70%充液率的传热效果优于50%充液率。
A visual experimental platform was set up for the single loop pulsating heat pipe. The startup and operation of the single loop pulsating heat pipe under different filling rates (30%, 50%, 70%) were investigated emphatically. During the experiment, it was observed that the main flow pattern of the working fluid in the tube was a plug flow under the condition of high filling rate (50%, 70%), and the annular flow was the main flow pattern under the low filling rate (30% The working fluid oscillates side-to-side and the working fluid shows stable one-way flow in operation; the pulsating heat pipe can start running smoothly at 50% and 70% filling rate; the lower liquid filling rate (30%) affects the normal start of the heat pipe And the steady operation. The heat transfer resistance of the heat pipe in operation is evaluated by the thermal resistance of operation. The results show that the heat transfer efficiency of 70% liquid filling rate is better than 50% liquid filling rate.
