IGBT串联技术的关键在于保持每个IGBT开通或关断同步,至少应该保证任何时刻,尤其在IGBT开通或关断过程中,使每个IGBT的电压不能超过其额定值。为了达到这个目的,在研究多种IGBT串联的控制方法后,采用了一种结构简单、控制容易的均压辅助电路并对其工作机理进行了详尽的说明。实验结果表明,所采用的辅助分压电路在IGBT串联运行时能够很好地抑制IGBT开通和关断不同步造成的过电压,能够使开关不同步造成的过电压≤10%,确保IGBT串联顺利运行。对工程实际具有一定的参考意义。
The key to IGBT series technology is to keep each IGBT on or off simultaneously, at least at any time, especially when the IGBT is on or off, so that the voltage across each IGBT can not exceed its rating. In order to achieve this goal, after studying a variety of IGBT series control methods, a simple structure, easy control of the voltage-sharing auxiliary circuit and its working mechanism are described in detail. The experimental results show that the auxiliary voltage divider circuit used in the IGBT series operation can well inhibit the IGBT turn-on and turn-off caused by over-voltage, the switch can not be caused by over-voltage ≤ 10%, to ensure the smooth series IGBT run. On the actual project has a certain reference value.
