叶片零件作为现代高端制造业(航天、航空、航海)动力设备的核心部件,传统的制造工艺并不能满足高端叶片加工的需要,新型数控机床在加工精度、效率方面有了显著性的提升。计算机仿真技术的发展加快了高端制造业的发展,本文主要针对叶片零件的数控加工的仿真技术进行研究,从叶片加工的工艺设计、加工制造过程(切削过程)以及对加工过程中可能的误差点进行分析,利用仿真过程解决了各个环节的虚拟执行过程,为实际工业生产过程提供可靠的数据支撑。
As the core component of modern high-end manufacturing (aerospace, aviation, marine) power equipment, the traditional manufacturing process can not meet the needs of high-end blade processing. The new CNC machine tools have significantly improved the machining accuracy and efficiency. The development of computer simulation technology has accelerated the development of high-end manufacturing industry. This paper mainly studies the simulation technology of the numerical control machining of the blade parts. From the process design of the blade, the manufacturing process (cutting process) and the possible error points Analyze, use the simulation process to solve all aspects of the virtual implementation process, for the actual industrial production process to provide reliable data support.
