民营企业已成为安置社会新增劳动力和农村富余劳动力的主要渠道。如何促进民营经济发展、拓宽就业渠道是当前面临的问题。本文通过对河北省民营经济发展在安置就业工作中存在的非公平竞争、行业结构不尽合理、就业人员择业观念落后、民营企业自身缺陷等问题的理性分析,提出了对策与建议:一是不断优化民营经济发展环境;二是完善吸纳就业保障措施;三是加快社会保障体系建设;四是努力提高劳动力的素质。 Private enterprises have become the main channel for resettling social labor force and surplus rural labor force. How to promote the development of private economy and broaden the channels of employment are the current problems. Based on the rational analysis of non-fair competition in private placement and employment in Hebei Province, the irrational structure of the industry, the backward concept of career choice of employed people and the self-defect of private enterprises, this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions: First, Optimize the environment for the development of private economy; second, improve and absorb employment security measures; third, speed up the construction of the social security system; and fourth, strive to improve the quality of the labor force.
