在 HCl(aq)溶液中 ,测试了 3种典型表面活性剂 (CTAB、SDS和 Triton X- 10 0 )对镍的缓蚀作用。结果表明 ,其缓蚀效率、腐蚀活化能的顺序是 :CTAB>Triton X- 10 0 >SDS。丁醇对 Ni在 HCl(aq)溶液中的电化学腐蚀行为有影响 ,其电化学腐蚀速率的顺序为 :HCl(aq) >丁醇 +HCl(aq) >表面活性剂 +丁醇 +HCl(aq) >表面活性剂 +HCl(aq) >表面活性剂 +丁醇 (aq) >表面活性剂 (aq)
Inhibition of nickel on three typical surfactants (CTAB, SDS and Triton X-10 0) was tested in HCl (aq) solution. The results showed that the order of corrosion inhibition efficiency and corrosion activation energy was CTAB> Triton X-10 0> SDS. Butanol had an influence on the electrochemical corrosion behavior of Ni in HCl (aq) solution. The electrochemical corrosion rates of the solutions were as follows: HCl (aq)> butanol + HCl (aq)> surfactant + butanol + aq> Surfactant + HCl (aq)> Surfactant + butanol (aq)> Surfactant (aq)
