现代零售业态的不断涌现和商业资本的迅速崛起,对一直占据日本商业主流的传统中小零售商造成了巨大的冲击和挑战,双方由此展开了激烈的博弈。本文通过对日本几部重要的商业法律的梳理,阐明了在传统零售商与现代商业资本的博弈过程中双方力量对比的转化和战略的调整;与此同时,分析了作为管理主体的政府,其施政理念和管理措施的变化。
The continuous emergence of modern retail formats and the rapid rise of commercial capital have caused huge shocks and challenges to the traditional small and medium-sized retailers that have been occupying the mainstream of Japan’s commerce. As a result, the two sides started a fierce game. This paper clarifies the transformation of the balance of power and the adjustment of strategy in the process of the game between the traditional retailers and the modern commercial capital by combing several important commercial laws in Japan. At the same time, it analyzes the government as the main body of management, Changes in governance philosophy and management measures.
