在不锈钢制铁道车辆的制造中,车体及内装修零部件的装配使用了各种方式的电阻焊接。而且,近年来在加快实现电阻焊接作业的自动化,力求提高焊接作业效率。文章围绕铁道车辆车体制造这一核心课题,介绍直接通电方式、间接通电方式、连续通电方式及缝焊等电阻点焊的具体工艺与实际应用,评价了上述点焊的自动化、机器人化以提高效率,实现稳定的焊接质量的技术发展动向。
In the manufacture of stainless steel railroad cars, various types of resistance welding are used for the assembly of the vehicle body and the interior trim parts.
