在创新驱动发展的历史时期,人的创造力已经成为关系到国家竞争力的战略性问题。高中生作为新生一代,他们的创造力关系到中国未来的创新潜力。对上海市4所示范性高中的实证调查结果表明,高中生出现创造力危机,具体表现为冒险性、好奇性、想象力和挑战性不足,其中尤以想象力为短板,这种现状需要引起高度重视。研究还发现家庭背景对创造力的影响可能存在复杂的机制、学习成绩与创造力的非显著相关甚至负相关为应试教育敲响了警钟、加强课外阅读为提升创造力指明了方向。
In the historical period of innovation-driven development, human creativity has become a strategic issue related to national competitiveness. As a new generation of high school students, their creativity has a bearing on the innovative potential of China in the future. The empirical findings of the four model high schools in Shanghai show that high school students have a crisis of creativity manifested as adventurous, curious, imaginative and challenging. Among them, imagination is short, and this status quo needs Caused great attention. The study also found that family background may have complicated mechanisms for its influence on creativity. Non-significant correlation or even negative correlation between academic achievement and creativity set an alarm for examination-oriented education and enhanced extracurricular reading pointed out the direction for enhancing creativity.
