目的追求和实现零缺陷质量目标,进一步提高病案管理质量。方法将零缺陷管理理论应用于病案管理中,通过全员教育和加强专业队伍建设,健全质量保证体系,实现质量标准化,消除影响质量管理的失控漏洞并实施持续质量改进,使病案管理工作逐步趋近零缺陷。结果病案回收工作准确率由实施零缺陷管理前的97.1%提高到100%;出院病案排序正确率由实施前的93.5%提高到99.8%;病案信息加工准确率由实施前的95.8%提高到99.2%;出院病案装订正确率由实施前的99.8%提高到100%;病案在架准确率由实施前的99.9%提高到100%,两年内未发生病案资料遗失或归档错误现象,病案服务的提供效率和准确率提高。各项质量管理措施得以落实,病案管理工作规范有序,进一步提高病案管理质量。结论零缺陷管理理论用于病案管理是切实可行的,零缺陷管理模式是促进病案管理先进性和科学性的有效方法。 Objective To pursue and achieve the goal of zero defect quality and further improve the quality of medical record management.
