西瓜新材料BH-1,是导入了西瓜花叶病毒(WMV)外壳蛋白基因、小西葫芦黄化花叶病毒(ZYMV)复制酶基因、黄瓜花叶病毒(CMV)复制酶基因的转基因新材料。经温室及大田抗病毒病鉴定表明其抗性达中抗以上水平,是我国第1个通过转基因获得的抗病毒病西瓜新材料。 BH-1, a new watermelon material, is a new transgenic material introduced with the gene of coat protein of watermelon mosaic virus (WMV), ZYMV replicase and cucumber mosaic virus (CMV) replicase. The greenhouse and field anti-virus disease identification showed that its resistance up to the level of anti-virus watermelon is the first one obtained by transgenic genetically modified watermelon new material.
