目的检测宫颈癌患者外周血中Th1、Th2、Th17、Treg细胞的比例,初步探讨宫颈癌免疫逃避的机制,为宫颈癌免疫治疗提供实验依据。方法研究对象分为3组:宫颈癌患者组(CC组)75例,同期宫颈上皮内瘤变组(CIN组)48例,健康体检者组(HC组)30例。采用流式细胞术检测宫颈癌患者、CIN患者及健康体检者外周血单个核细胞Th1、Th2、Th17细胞和Treg细胞表达情况,分析宫颈癌患者Th1/Th2、Th17/Treg平衡失调与疾病发生的关系。结果与健康对照组及宫颈上皮内瘤变组相比,宫颈癌外周血中Treg、Th2及Th17细胞占CD4~+T细胞比例均升高,而Th1细胞占CD4~+T细胞比例均下降,均有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论宫颈癌患者外周血中Treg、Th2及Th17细胞明显升高,而Th1细胞比例明显下降,外周血中Th1/Th2、Th17/Treg细胞失衡可能与宫颈癌的发病有关。
Objective To detect the proportion of Th1, Th2, Th17 and Treg cells in peripheral blood of patients with cervical cancer and to explore the mechanism of immune evasion of cervical cancer so as to provide experimental evidence for immunotherapy of cervical cancer. Methods The subjects were divided into three groups: 75 patients with cervical cancer (CC group), 48 patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN) and 30 healthy controls (HC group). The expression of Th1, Th2, Th17 cells and Treg cells in peripheral blood mononuclear cells of cervical cancer patients, CIN patients and healthy controls were detected by flow cytometry. The imbalances of Th1 / Th2 and Th17 / Tregs in cervical cancer patients were analyzed. relationship. Results Compared with healthy control group and cervical intraepithelial neoplasia group, the proportion of Treg, Th2 and Th17 cells in CD4 ~ + T cells in peripheral blood of cervical cancer increased, while the proportion of Th1 cells in CD4 ~ + T cells decreased, There was statistical difference (P <0.05). Conclusion The levels of Treg, Th2 and Th17 cells in peripheral blood of patients with cervical cancer are significantly increased, while the proportion of Th1 cells is significantly decreased. The imbalance of Th1 / Th2 / Th17 / Treg cells in peripheral blood may be related to the pathogenesis of cervical cancer.
