目的探究低脂高纤维饮食干预改善糖尿病慢性神经痛的有效性。方法将2型糖尿病慢性神经痛的患者随机分为对照组和干预组,每组各90例,干预组要求执行低脂高纤维饮食,并且每日补充25μg维生素B12,对照组采用同样的维生素B12补充,饮食不做干预。分别于2个月、4个月和6个月后评估两组患者慢性神经痛的改善情况。结果在饮食干预的6个月后,干预组的疼痛症状较干预前明显减轻(P=0.003),对照组的情况则没有明显改善(P=0.453)。结论低脂高纤维饮食有助于改善2型糖尿病患者的慢性神经痛症状,提高患者的生活质量。
Objective To investigate the effectiveness of low-fat and high-fiber diet intervention on improving chronic neuralgia of diabetes. Methods Patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus with chronic neuralgia were randomly divided into control group and intervention group, with 90 cases in each group. The intervention group required low-fat and high-fiber diet and 25 μg vitamin B12 daily. The control group used the same vitamin B12 Supplement, diet do not interfere. The improvement of chronic neuralgia in both groups was assessed at 2 months, 4 months and 6 months later. Results After 6 months of diet intervention, pain symptoms in the intervention group were significantly reduced compared with those before intervention (P = 0.003) and no significant improvement in the control group (P = 0.453). Conclusion Low-fat, high-fiber diet helps to improve the symptoms of chronic neuralgia in patients with type 2 diabetes and improve their quality of life.
