对引进型 30 0MW机组四角切向燃烧锅炉实施反吹系流技术改造 ,进行了冷态模化试验和数值模拟。试验和数值结果表明 :在原炉上实施一次风反吹技术能够改善炉内空气动力场 ,解决炉内各种火侧问题 ,并且能有效地减小水平烟道入口处的残余旋转量
The reformation of the backflush system of the tangentially fired boiler of imported 300 MW unit was carried out. The cold mode test and numerical simulation were carried out. The experimental results and numerical results show that the primary air blasting technology can improve the aerodynamic field in the furnace, solve various fire-side problems in the furnace, and effectively reduce the residual rotation at the entrance of horizontal flue
