每当雨季或夏季来临,山野之间会长出各式各样、形形色色的蘑菇。野生蘑菇因其营养价值高、味道鲜美深受人们喜爱,故常被誉为“山珍”。我国不少地区的民众都有着采食野生蘑菇的习惯,如牛肝菌、松茸、鸡枞、乳菇、红菇等都是餐桌上的美食。然而人们在享受大自然馈赠的同时,也经常会因误食毒蘑菇而导致中毒。中国疾病预防控制中心2010年和2011年的数据统计显示,毒蘑菇中毒占食物中毒事件的比例分别为22.73%、11.64%,因误食有毒蘑菇死
Whenever the rainy season or summer comes, there will be a wide variety of mushrooms growing in the mountains. Wild mushrooms because of their high nutritional value, taste delicious by people, so often as “Shanzhen ”. Many parts of our country people have the habit of feeding wild mushrooms, such as porcini mushrooms, matsutake, chicken fir, Lactarius, red mushrooms are all on the table gourmet. However, while enjoying the gift of nature, people often poison the poisoned mushrooms.
