异丙酚是快速、短效催眠药,对中枢神经系统抑制较轻。EEG监测是判断异丙酚诱导期麻醉深度敏感而直接的手段。18例ASAⅠ~Ⅱ级患者在注入芬太尼3.6μg/kg10min后给予异丙酚2mg/kg或硫喷妥钠4mg/kg于20s内缓慢静注,诱导期间用SAN-El1A71脑电图监测仪持续描记脑电变化。结果表明,异丙酚与硫喷妥纳均首先产生β高幅兴奋性活动,最大效应期异丙酚无δ波,维持期效应则相似。起效时间、达到最大效应的时间无显著性差异,但异丙酚的作用时间明显短于硫喷妥钠。
Propofol is a fast, short-acting hypnotic that inhibits less central nervous system activity. EEG monitoring is a direct and sensitive measure of the depth of anesthesia induced by propofol. Eighteen patients with ASA grade Ⅰ ~ Ⅱ were given intravenous propofol 2 mg / kg or thiopental 4 mg / kg intravenously within 20 seconds after intravenous injection of fentanyl 3.6 μg / kg for 10 min. During the induction period, SAN-El1A71 electroencephalogram Instrument continues to record EEG changes. The results showed that both propofol and thiopental first produced high amplitude excitatory activity of β, the maximum effect of propofol without δ wave, the maintenance effect is similar. There was no significant difference in the onset time and the time to maximum effect, but the effect time of propofol was significantly shorter than that of thiopental.
