应用数量遗传学原理,研究了黄瓜6个世代雌花数、单性结实果数、单性结实产量3个主要性状的遗传效应。结果表明:各性状的基因效应均符合加性-显性模型,且均以加性效应为主,加性方差(即狭义遗传力)分别占总方差的24.80%、34.75%和34.31%;显性方差均相对较小,显性势均为正向部分显性;控制这3个性状的最少基因对数分别为3、3、4对;选育黄瓜单性结实新品种宜采用杂交育种法,3个性状适宜的选择世代分别在F2、F4和F4代。
Based on the quantitative genetics theory, the genetic effects of three main traits of 6 generations of cucumber, such as the number of female flowers, the number of unisexual fruit and the yield of parthenocarpy, were studied. The results showed that the genetic effects of each trait conformed to the additive-dominance model, and all of them were additive. The additive variance (narrow sense heritability) accounted for 24.80%, 34.75% of the total variance and 34.31% respectively; the dominant variance was relatively small, the dominant potential was positive part dominant; the least number of genes controlling these three traits were 3,3,4 pairs respectively; Varieties should adopt hybrid breeding method, three traits suitable selection generations were F2, F4 and F4 generation.
