对于肾脏病患者来说,应重视饮食合理性,因为饮食直接影响肾脏疾病的发展。肾脏病患者的饮食,应按照低盐和优质低蛋白的要求,对日常食谱进行优化。首先谈低盐饮食,这是肾脏病患者饮食治疗的基础。低盐饮食就是限制高钠食物摄入。高钠食物有两大类:一是食盐、味精、酱油等调味品。此类食物在低盐饮食中,每日摄入量应控制在2~3克食盐(中号牙膏盖的容量为1克)或4~5克味精或10~15毫升酱油(单用),若同时食用则应酌量减少。
