2013年底,深圳市龙华新区正式全面启动了党务工作者专业化职业化建设(简称“两化”建设),意在加强基层服务型党组织建设,同时改善基层党组织功能弱化的现状。截至目前,第一批党务工作者已走上工作岗位半年时间,这批党务工作者的工作现状如何?工作中遇到了哪些困难和瓶颈?工作中是否存在业务不熟练、对基层党建工作缺乏足够认识和热情?带着这些疑问,2014年7月初,人民论坛问卷调查中心设计了“两化”建设认知和评价状况调查问卷,赴深圳市龙华新区实地发放,并组织中共中央党校、国家行政学院、清华大学等单位有关专家,对“两化”建设的现状展开了调查。
By the end of 2013, Longhua New District of Shenzhen officially started the specialization of professionalization of party workers (referred to as the construction of “two cultures”) with the aim of strengthening the building of grass-roots service-oriented party organizations and at the same time improving the status quo of grass-roots party organizations’ weakened functions. Up to now, the first batch of party workers have embarked on the job for half a year. What are the current work conditions of these party workers? What difficulties and bottlenecks have they encountered in their work? Are there any unskilled workers in the work and lack of adequate party building at the grassroots level? Awareness and passion? With these questions, in early July 2014, the People’s Forum Questionnaire Center designed a questionnaire on the status of “cognition and evaluation of the construction of” “two cultures” and went to the Longhua New District of Shenzhen for field trips. It organized the Central Party School of the CPC Central Committee, State Administration Institute, Tsinghua University and other units of experts, the “two of ” the status of the construction of the investigation.
