How to reform and improve the company’s operating mechanism and further enhance the vitality of large and medium-sized enterprises? This is a new topic proposed by us in the practice of economic system reform. The term “mechanism” originally refers to the construction principle and action of the machine. It is widely used in biology and medicine, and it is extended to the functions of various components in a system and their interrelationships. The enterprise management mechanism refers to the self-regulating functions of all economic activities such as inputs, conversions, and outputs, as well as their interrelationships during the production and operation of the enterprise. Broadly include the following mechanisms: power mechanism, decision-making mechanism, distribution mechanism, interest mechanism, behavior mechanism, production factor operation mechanism, and organization leadership
