学校是对中小学生进行典礼教育的主阵地。学校典礼蕴含着特定的教育内容、象征意义与情感功能。学校典礼应步入规范化、制度化、普及化的轨道。然而,实际工作中,中小学典礼教育存在重视程度不够、程序随意简单、形式主义盛行、家长参与性不强、活动模式雷同等问题。提升学校典礼的价值,需要挖掘典礼的教育功能,遵循活动的系统性和规范性,发挥学生的主动性,构建立体化的教育网络,形成学校的特色与个性。
The school is the main front for the ceremonial education for primary and middle school students. School ceremony contains a specific educational content, symbolic meaning and emotional function. School ceremony should be standardized, systematic and universal track. However, in practical work, there is not enough emphasis on the ceremony education in primary and secondary schools, the randomness of procedure, the prevalence of formalism, the weak participation of parents and the similar activity modes. To enhance the value of the school ceremony, it is necessary to tap the educational function of ceremonies, follow the systematic and normative activities, give full play to the initiative of students, build a three-dimensional education network and form the characteristics and personality of schools.
