为研究自攻螺钉抗拉拔性能和承载力计算方法,通过对美国AAMA T1R A9-91《金属幕墙紧固件》和美国《铝合金设计手册(2010版)》中关于自攻螺钉抗拉拔承载力计算方法的分析,并结合入槽深度分别为11,12,13,14 mm的自攻螺钉抗拉拔试验,研究自攻螺钉抗拉拔承载力计算式。研究结果表明:试验结果与按照美国标准计算方法所得结果较为相近;随着自攻螺钉入槽深度的增加,抗拉拔承载力逐渐增大。最后,基于试验和分析结果,给出抗拉拔承载力建议算式。
In order to study the anti-pull performance and the bearing capacity calculation method of self-tapping screws, the anti-drawing function of self-tapping screws in American AAMA T1R A9-91 “metal curtain wall fastener” and the United States "Aluminum Alloy Design Manual (2010 Edition) Bearing capacity calculation method, combined with anti-pull pull test of self-tapping screws of 11, 12, 13 and 14 mm depth respectively, the formula of anti-drawing capacity of self-tapping screw is studied. The results show that the test results are similar to those calculated according to the American standard calculation method. With the increase of depth of self-tapping screws, the anti-drawing capacity increases. Finally, based on the results of the tests and analyzes, the formula for calculating the ultimate bearing capacity is given.
