本课题以宁德师专 2 0 0 0、2 0 0 1和 2 0 0 2级学生中的 1 2 67人为对象 ,采用症状自评量表 SCL-90测试、文献综述、访谈等方法 ,进行研究。结果显示 ,宁德师专学生群体的心理卫生问题比普通群体明显 ,主要表现在学习环境、人际关系、交友、考试焦虑症、家庭因素等方面皆有程度不同的心理障碍。有少部分学生的心理痛苦已达到中等以上的程度。因此 ,每一个教育工作者都要帮助他们具有正确的角色认知 ;帮助他们挖掘潜能 ,学会学习 ;帮助他们学会调控情绪 ,做情绪的主人 ;要帮助他们学会交往 ,建立良好的人际关系
In this study, 1,267 out of 200,021,01 and 202 students from Ningde Teachers College were enrolled in this study. The self-rating Symptom Scale SCL-90, literature review and interview were used to study . The results show that mental health problems in Ningde Teachers College are more obvious than those in the general population, which are mainly manifested in psychological disorders with different degrees of learning environment, interpersonal relationships, friendships, test anxiety and family factors. A small number of students have reached the psychological level more than moderate. Therefore, every educator should help them to have the correct role cognition; help them tap the potential and learn to learn; help them to master the emotion and control their emotions; to help them learn to communicate and establish good interpersonal relationships
