目的探讨Fascin蛋白在肝门胆管癌组织中的表达及其临床病理意义。方法用免疫组化方法检测56例肝门胆管癌组织及14例正常胆管上皮组织中Fascin蛋白的表达。结果 Fascin蛋白在14例正常胆管上皮组织中均不表达(0%,0/14),而在肝门胆管癌组织中Fascin蛋白呈高表达(58.9%,33/56),且Fascin蛋白的表达与患者年龄、性别、肿瘤大小,临床Bismuth-Corlette分型无关(P>0.05),而与肿瘤分化程度、门静脉侵润、淋巴结转移等因素相关(P<0.05)。结论在肝门胆管癌的发生发展过程中,Fascin蛋白表达属于一迟发事件,并与肿瘤侵润和转移相关,Fascin蛋白的高表达预示着预后不良。
Objective To investigate the expression of Fascin protein in hilar cholangiocarcinoma and its clinicopathological significance. Methods The expression of Fascin protein in 56 cases of hilar cholangiocarcinoma and 14 cases of normal cholangiocarcinoma was detected by immunohistochemistry. Results Fascin protein was not expressed in all of the 14 cases of normal cholangiocarcinoma (0%, 0/14), while there was high expression of Fascin protein in the hilar cholangiocarcinoma (58.9%, 33/56), and the expression of Fascin protein (P <0.05), but not with the age, sex, tumor size and clinical Bismuth-Corlette classification (P> 0.05), but correlated with tumor differentiation, portal vein invasion, lymph node metastasis and other factors. Conclusion Fascin protein expression is a late event in the development of hilar cholangiocarcinoma, and is related to tumor invasion and metastasis. The high expression of Fascin protein indicates the poor prognosis.
