校企合作将高校培养人才直接输送到企业中,提升人才的就业竞争力,同时人才为企业带来生机与活力。在校企合作的框架下,企业与学校联结起来,优势互补,在社会经济发展中,双方互动节省在人力资本积累过程中的成本。现有校企合作框架培养旅游管理专业人才机制还需要进一步的完善,引入透明机制,提高管理效率,更好地服务人才,提高人才培养效率。
