目的:考察不同释放度测定装置、不同转数和不同释放介质对五子衍宗丸丸物质组释放特性的影响及不同批号、不同厂家五子衍宗丸物质组释放特性。方法:运用中药物质(化合物)组释放动力学方法,以紫外吸收光谱法测定并计算各供试品溶液的物质组浓度及释放度。结果:溶出度测定条件为:采用浆法,转速100 r/min,以脱气蒸馏水为释放介质。测定结果显示:不同厂家或同一厂家不同批号物质组释放动力学特征存在显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:中药物质组释放动力学评价方法符合中医药的整体观,揭示了多组分中药及其复方制剂的释放动力学特征。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effects of different dosimetry devices, different revolutions and different release media on the release characteristics of Wuzi Yanzong Pills and the release characteristics of Wuziyanzong Pills from different manufacturers. Methods: By using the method of Chinese medicine (compound) group release kinetics, the concentration and release of each test substance solution were determined by ultraviolet absorption spectrometry. Results: The dissolution conditions were as follows: pulp method, speed 100 r / min, degassed distilled water as the release medium. The results showed that there were significant differences (P <0.01) in the kinetic characteristics of release from different batches of batches of different manufacturers or same manufacturers. Conclusion: The kinetic evaluation method of traditional Chinese medicine substance release group conforms to the holistic view of traditional Chinese medicine, revealing the release kinetic characteristics of multi-component traditional Chinese medicine and its compound preparations.
