腹膜后化学感受器瘤又称非嗜铬性副节瘤 ,比较少见。我院收治 1例 ,经手术及病理证实 ,报告如下。患者 ,女 ,43岁 ,中腹胀满 3个月余 ,无疼痛 ,不发热。查体 :中腹部居中可触及 4ｃｍ× 5ｃｍ包块 ,质硬 ,活动度小 ,与周围组织分界欠清。无明显压痛。Ｂ超检查 :中腹腔腹主动脉 Retroperitoneal chemoreceptor tumors, also known as non-chromatogenic paraganglioma, are rare. In our hospital, 1 case was confirmed by surgery and pathology. The report is as follows. The patient, female, was 43 years old and had fullness in her abdomen for more than 3 months without pain and no fever. Physical examination: The middle part of the abdomen can reach a 4cm×5cm mass, which is hard and has a low degree of motion. The boundary with the surrounding tissue is less clear.
