目的:分析与比较玫瑰花和月季花挥发油的化学成分,为两者的鉴别及质量控制提供依据。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取挥发油,利用气质联用技术进行挥发油成分分析。通过计算机质谱谱图数据库进行检索,确定挥发油化合物组成,并采用面积归一法计算化合物组分的相对百分含量。结果:河南新安产地的玫瑰花和月季花挥发油平均得率分别为0.042%和0.038%。两者鉴定出的化学成分分别为22个和21个,其中共有的化学组分有6个。结论:两者挥发油成分既具有明显相似性,也存在差异。利用气质联用能较好地判断两者挥发油组分的异同,能为两者的鉴别提供参考。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze and compare the chemical constituents of volatile oil from rose and rose flowers, and to provide the basis for their identification and quality control. Methods: Volatile oil was extracted by steam distillation and volatile oil components were analyzed by GC / MS. The chemical composition of volatile oil compounds was determined by computerized mass spectrometry database. The relative percentages of compounds were calculated by area normalization. Results: The average yield of the essential oil of roses and rose flowers in Xin’an producing area in Henan Province were 0.042% and 0.038%, respectively. The two identified the chemical composition were 22 and 21, of which there are 6 common chemical components. Conclusion: The essential oil components of both have obvious similarities and differences. The use of GC-MS can better determine the similarities and differences between the two volatile oil components, can provide a reference for the identification of the two.
