在华北平原潮土上应用原状土柱培养乙炔抑制法测定夏季玉米地氮肥硝化反硝化气态损失量和 N2 O排放量。结果表明 ,潮土上尿素氮水解快 ,硝化活性较高。不施氮肥处理下土壤中 N2 O排放总量为 0 . 33kg N/ ha;施氮大大增加 N2 O排放量 ,氮肥表施时 N2 O排放量为 2 .91kg N/ ha,穴施时为 2 .5 0 kg N/ ha,分别为施氮量的 1.94 %和1.6 7%。不施氮肥时土壤氮的反硝化损失量为 1.17kg N/ ha,氮肥反硝化损失量表施时为 3.0 0 kg N/ ha,穴施时为2 .0 9kg N/ ha,分别占施氮量的 2 .0 0 %和 1.39%。硝化反硝化作用不是该地区氮肥损失的主要途径
