健美操课程功能的优化既是为大学生提供多元化的服务也是其自身发展的必须。对健美操课程优化实施后的情况进行整理、对比与分析,以期更好地推动健美操课程向最佳化发展。运用访谈、实验与视频分析等方法,以系统论为指导,以大学生创新能力的培养与提升为目标,对健美操课程优化进行探讨。得出:通过对健美操课程各部分进行优化后,实验组在与创新编排所需的技术技能、创新编排能力方面均高于对照组;在自评与互评分方面实验组略优于对照组。认为:以突出创新编排能力培养为核心的健美操课程优化具有一定的作用。
The optimization of aerobics curriculum function not only provides diversified services for college students but also their own development. After the aerobics curriculum optimization and implementation of the situation to organize, contrast and analysis, with a view to better promote the aerobics curriculum to optimize the development. Using the methods of interview, experiment and video analysis and so on, taking system theory as guidance and the cultivation of college students’ innovative ability as the goal, the optimization of aerobics curriculum is discussed. The conclusion is drawn that the experimental group is superior to the control group in terms of the technical skills required for the innovative arrangement and the innovative arrangement ability through optimizing the various parts of the aerobics course; the experimental group is slightly better than the control group in self-evaluation and mutual evaluation . It is considered that the optimization of aerobics curriculum with core competence of creative layout as its core plays a certain role.
