“义工”在教会中常指参与教会事工却不领薪金的基督徒,这在全国教会是一个普遍的现象。在温州教会中,“义工”则专指那些参与教会传道、负责讲台牧养而不取酬报的“义工传道”。“义工”在温州教会中是一个独特的群体,各个历史时期充当了重要角色。可以肯定地说,今日温州教会复兴的基础,就是拥有数以千计的义工传道。他们对教会的自身管理、教会牧养、事工拓展,起着决定性的作用。本文以温州教会各个历史时期为主线,简要介绍义工在温州教会的发展,藉以帮助读者了解温州义工发展以及他们在教会中的角色。
“Volunteers” often refer to Christians who participate in the church ministry but are not paid any salaries. This is a common phenomenon in the national church. In the Wenzhou church, “volunteer” refers specifically to “volunteer preachers” who participate in the church preaching and are responsible for the podium grazing rather than for reward. “Volunteers” is a unique group in the Wenzhou church, and has played an important role in all historical periods. To be sure, the basis for the revival of the church in Wenzhou today is the preaching of thousands of volunteers. They play a decisive role in the church’s own management, church shepherding, and ministry expansion. Based on the historical periods of Wenzhou church, this article briefly introduces the development of volunteers in Wenzhou church to help readers understand the development of Wenzhou volunteers and their role in the church.
