本文报告七种二茂铁衍生物的氰乙基化反应,它们在碳或氮原子上都连有活泼氢,得到九种相应的一元及二元氰乙基化产物都是新化合物。二茂铁胺在室温和不存在催化剂条件下只生成一个活泼氢被取代产物(一取代物),而在较高温度和有催化剂存在时则两个活泼氢都被取代(二取代物)。二茂铁甲酰胺进行反应需要催化剂,在室温得到一取代物,在较高温度得二取代物,连一个吡唑环和二个吡唑环(不同环)的二茂铁化合物分别在室温和较高温度得到相应产物,由二茂铁乙腈和二茂铁甲酰丙酮只得到了二取代物。
This paper reports the cyanoethylation of seven ferrocene derivatives, which have active hydrogen attached to both carbon or nitrogen atoms. Nine corresponding monobasic and binary cyanoethylated products are reported as novel compounds. Ferrocene amine generates only one active hydrogen substituted product (mono-substituted) at room temperature and in the absence of catalyst, whereas both active hydrogens are substituted (di-substituted) at higher temperatures in the presence of a catalyst. Ferrocenecarboxamide requires a catalyst to obtain a mono-substituted compound at room temperature, a di-substituted compound at a higher temperature, and a ferrocene compound having one pyrazole ring and two pyrazole rings (different rings) at room temperature respectively The corresponding product was obtained at high temperature, and only two substituents were obtained from ferrocene acetonitrile and ferrocene acetylacetonate.
