就业是人们必须的生活途径,就业对于整个社会发展都有深刻意义。对于我国来说,我们的人口总数比较多,劳动力总量比较大,但是劳动者的素质和经济社会的发展水平不相符合,在劳动市场方面,我们的规章制度并不完善,就业的信息不畅通。我们的就业形势十分严峻,针对这样的就业现实,我们中职英语必须要进行改革,不可以照搬过去,否则是无法应对目前的就业形势的。下面是我的一些看法,供同行之间相互借鉴。 Employment is a necessary way of life for people.
