This paper attempts to interpret this work from the perspective of post-colonial feminism. By analyzing the predicament and experience encountered by Wu Siyu as a double “others ”, this paper explores how she initially confused and struggled with her identity to Gradually awakening and self-searching, in the double marginalized recovery of lost self-identity process.
