目的:探讨Investigatorn ?DIPplex系统中30个插入/缺失(insertion/deletion,InDel)位点在福建畲族群体的遗传多态性及其在福建畲族群体的遗传学应用。n 方法:应用Investigatorn ?DIPplex系统对200名福建地区畲族健康无关个体进行30个InDel位点的等位基因分型,计算等位基因频率、群体遗传学参数,并与国内外其他群体进行比较。n 结果:经Bonferroni校正,30个InDel位点在福建畲族群体中均符合Hardy-Weinberg平衡(n P>0.05)。各位点杂合度为0.45~0.82,多态信息含量为0.2~0.37,个体识别力为0.385~0.645。30个InDel位点的累积个体识别率为0.999 999 999 996 8,三联体累积非父排除率为0.986 245 8,二联体累积非父排除率为0.954 322 5。福建畲族群体InDel位点的等位基因频率与华东汉族、西藏藏族、维吾尔族、哈萨克族等4个国内群体相比,分别在3个、8个、6个、6个位点上差异具有统计学意义;与波兰、美国、德国、非洲等4个国外群体相比,分别在19个、13个、13个、11个位点上差异具有统计学意义。n 结论:Investigatorn ?DIPplex系统中的30个InDel位点在福建畲族群体分布具有较好的遗传多态性,可独立应用于福建畲族个体识别的遗传学研究。n “,”Objective:To analyze the genetic data of 30 insertion and deletion polymorphisms (InDel) loci contained in the Investigatorn ?DIPplex diagnostic kit, and evaluate the forensic application in the She ethnic population of Fujian, China.n Methods:By detecting 200 unrelated the She ethnic individuals in Fujian with the Investigatorn ?DIPplex diagnostic kit, the allelic frequencies and population genetics parameters of the 30 InDels were statistically analyzed and compared with available data derived from other populations from various regions.n Results:After Bonferroni correction, all the 30 loci showed no significant departure from the Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium (n P>0.05) and also showed no significant allelic association in the linkage disequilibrium test.The heterozygosity of all loci was 0.45~0.82, the polymorphism information content was 0.2~0.37, the discrimination power was 0.385~0.645, and the combined discrimination power was 0.999 999 999 996 8.The combined power of exclusion of all loci was 0.986 245 8 in trio cases and 0.954 322 5 in duo cases.When compared the She population in Fujian with Huadong Han, Tibetan, Uygur and Kazak ethnic population, there were 3, 8, 6, 6 InDels which exist significant difference in the allele frequency, respectively.When compared with Poland, USA, Germany and Africa, significant difference exists in 19, 13, 13, 11 InDels in the allele frequency, respectively.n Conclusions:The 30 InDel 1oci contained in the Investigatorn ? DIPplex diagnostic kit have a moderate distribution of genetic polymorphism among Fujian She ethnic population, which could be applied to individual identification independently.n
