近年来,大缸径中速柴油机大型发电装置的业主迫切地要求柴油机能使用价廉的重质燃料油,在高负荷下作长期运转,以期降低运行费用。在这种情况下,一般来说,要达到排气阀的规定拆检期限就成为一件最重要同时也是一件最难办的事情。为了预防排气阀的损坏——即所谓漏气损坏现象,必须修改排气阀和阀壳,并制止长期运行时废气温度的上升。通过一些基础试验和理论分析,对排气阀及阀座作了各种改进,并用定压增压系统代替了脉冲增压系统。我们感到这些措施对现有机器的运行性能产生了良好的效果。
In recent years, owners of large-sized large-bore medium-speed diesel generating units urgently urge diesel engines to use inexpensive heavy fuel oil for long-term operation under high load with a view to reducing operating costs. Through some basic tests and theoretical analysis, various improvements have been made on the exhaust valve and the valve seat, and a constant pressure booster system has been substituted for the pulse booster system. We feel that these measures have had a good effect on the operating performance of existing machines.
