进一步完善食品安全事故预防与处置机制1.建立高风险食品生产经营企业食品安全责任保险制度《条例》明确,高风险食品生产经营企业应当根据防范食品安全风险的需要,主动投保食品安全责任保险。目前,上海市的食品生产企业中有301家投保了食品安全责任险,占企业总数的19.8%。2.调整食品安全事故中流行病学调查的职责根据上位法的要求,将食品安全事故中流行病学调查的职责由原食品药品监管部门调整由上海市疾病预防控制机构承担。疾病预防控制机构
Further Improve the Mechanism for Prevention and Treatment of Food Safety Accidents 1. Establish a system of food safety liability insurance for high-risk food production and operation enterprises.
